数据说明：需求来自世界银行公开采购公告接口，每条可在原文链接核验，采集时已剔除截止期已过与不属于山东可供品类的条目。
匹配依据为「板块归类 + 产业带产品词命中 + 国别出口适配」，分为产品级与板块级两档，板块级候选须人工复核后方可对客户承诺。
撮合怎么收费
佣金区间 3%–30%，按品类毛利、交付复杂度、是否需要垫资与合规服务分档。标准化大宗品类取低档，定制化、需认证与工程服务的取高档。合同签署前一次性书面确认费率，不设隐性收费；投标阶段零收费。
三条不做：不接政府公开招标的报价代理（只做信息澄清与合规咨询）；不做无货权撮合（必须有真实供给方）；不做承诺结果的事——认证、配额、补贴的最终认定权在主管部门。
五个节点，每个节点有交付物
- 需求登记与资质核验签署委托协议，核验买方资信或卖方产能真实性，形成《需求确认书》
- 精确匹配按产业带、HS 归类、目的国准入三重筛选，输出《匹配报告》并逐条说明理由
- 试样与验厂寄样、视频验厂、第三方验货，报告与影像归档
- 合约与结算合同条款拟定、信用证或 T/T 方案、跨境收款合规审查
- 交付与佣金结算订舱报关、单证归档、佣金按合同结算、售后跟踪
